If classes are getting full before you can book in for your next cycle, you are welcome to email the studio up to 4 weeks in advance and ask for early processing of your payment so that you can get early access to scheduling. This is a flexibility we are offering for Autopay members.

Studio Policies

The Basics - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
  1. Class instruction is given with a combination of verbal and physical demonstration by the instructor. Some hands on instruction is also provided and is based on client preference. 
  2. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to class. You can be 10 minutes late at most and still be allowed to take the class. We encourage you to please not be late.
  3. If you are not signed up for class, or are on the waiting list, please do not show up to class. We cannot add you last minute in case of no shows.
  4. Check the Be Pilates App or Mindbody App to see if your class is in Room A or Room B. You cannot see the Room in the Mindbody website.
  5. Please show up only for the class that you are booked in for. We cannot switch you over to a different class even if there is space, without charging a late cancellation for the original class.
  6. Free parking available in our lot or in the lot directly across the street from our driveway. Please enter through the driveway next to Lavender and Honey coffee shop. Plenty of free street parking as well. 
  7. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygienic reasons. Bare feet is optional for the first class only. We do have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.
  8. Some students set up their phones to take video of themselves during class for social media. Please note you may end up in the background. We also sometimes take photos and video during class for marketing purposes. 
  9. All injuries, medical considerations and pregnancies should be discussed with your instructor before the start of class. Pregnancies are now allowed in our Be Light Classes only and a doctor's note is required.
  10. Instructors are subject to change at anytime without notice. Check the online class schedule for updates.
  11. There are 5 spots available on WAITLIST for each class. If a class is marked as "Full", then the waitlist is full. You must be opted-in to receiving "reminders and scheduling changes/notifications" emails/texts in order to be notified when a spot opens up for waitlist! You can opt yourself in by logging in to your account. You will only be notified automatically up to 12 hours prior to the start of class time if a spot opens up. The system is set up this way in order to not add students to class in the late cancellation window. If you decline with “N” to the text notification, you must do so before the 12 hour window or else this will be a late cancellation. If you want to be added to class from waitlist and it is less then 12 hours to class start time, you would need to check the schedule for last minute openings and add yourself to the class. Please remove yourself from a waitlist if you no longer are interested in taking that class. ***If you are on a membership with a limited number of classes such as an 8 pack and you add yourself to a waitlist for a 9th class, the system will allow it but if you get added to that class from waitlist, you will then be charged a single drop in of $38 for that class. If you want to avoid this, please keep track of the number of classes you are booking/waitlisting and make sure you have class credits available.
  12. Be Pilates has a 12 hour cancellation policy​ for all classes. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will result in a $15 Late Cancel​ fee if you have unlimited classes and a forfeit of one class if you have limited classes. (Cancelling on time allows for others to get into class since we have limited reformers. This is greatly appreciated!)
  13. If you are unable to come to class, please make sure to cancel (even if it's a late cancel), in order to open space for other students. A no-show without cancellation will result in a $20 No Show​ fee if you have unlimited classes and a forfeit of one class if you have limited classes. ​
Membership Hold Policy
  1. You can request to place your account on hold if you will be gone for at least 10 days or more at a time. Your hold insures that you will not lose time or classes and will not receive charges during the hold period. Holds are available for a minimum of 10 days at a time; max of 3 holds in total for Paid in Full memberships and 3 holds per calendar year for Autopay memberships. We offer one extension 7-30 days for Packages depending on number of classes.
  2. Hold requests are only accepted through an email. You must send the request at least 3 days prior to your next billing date so that we have time to process the hold.
Autopay Membership Cancellation Policy
  1. Autopay members may cancel their membership on their end at anytime before the next billing date via the "More" tab in their accounts. We can also cancel for you if you send us an email request. We ask for an email at least 3 days prior to your next billing date. 
Returns and Refunds
  1. No refunds on any purchased classes. No sharing or splitting of memberships or packages. 
  2. No refunds on merchandise.
  3. Exchanges on unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase in original condition, with original tags and packaging is accepted.
Studio Age Policy
  1. Students must be at least 16 years of age to attend classes. The parent or guardian must sign a waiver for the minor before class start time. Minors must take a level one Be Light at Be Pilates at least one time before attending other classes.
  2. We do not allow for kids to wait for parents in the studio. We adore kids but do not have a separate waiting room area. Our members come to class to unwind and find it distracting as kids do not always stay quiet or sit still. It is also a safety concern as sometimes kids will get on the reformer machines which is not allowed. Please reach out to us for an early cancellation if you cannot find a sitter and need to cancel your class. 

​Weight capacity for Allegro 2 Reformers
     1. Our reformers have a weight capacity of 350 lbs.
Pregnancies
  1. We now allow pregnancies in our Be Light (level 1) classes only. We also require a doctor's note that okays reformer Pilates for you. Please inform the instructor of your pregnancy before the start of class and follow all modifications given. Listening to your body is essential in keeping you safe with Pilates exercises during pregnancy. Being moderate, taking breaks, and being mindful is important. Pilates can be wonderfully beneficial during pregnancy if one does not over do it. Pace yourself and enjoy.
